Isolinear System - A format employs holographic technology to store data three-dimensionally. Greater limits on data storage and transfer speeds, also more reliable then standard storage mediums.

Crystal Circuitry
Control Crystals - Control crystals are crystals used in controlling various technologies. Crystals preform at far greater speeds then normal circuitry, working in conjunction with fiber optic cables for high speed data transfer. They range from colored jewel-like crystals to clear, fat, square crystals. Reordering crystal arrangements will produce different results from the device, or stop it working altogether. Control crystals can also be used as data storage devices, able to store more information than other types of storage mediums. They are immune to the electromagnetic interference that would destroy most other types of computing devices.

Fiber Optic Networks - A optical fiber is a glass or plastic fiber that carries light along its length. Optical fibers are widely used in fiber-optic communications, which permits transmission over longer distances and at higher bandwidths (data rates) than other forms of communications. Fibers are used instead of metal wires because signals travel along them with less loss, and they are also immune to electromagnetic interference. An optical data network (or ODN) is a system of fiber optic cables on board starships and space stations that is used for data transfer between computers and remote terminals. There are large bundles of optical cables connecting the redundant computer cores.



Bioneural Computer System Essentially an organic computer system. They contain neural fibers surrounded in a blue gel with metallic interfaces. They help store more information and operate at faster speeds than isolinear circuitry.
