Vargr, a race of intelligent bipedal canids who evolved on a world with a dense and diverse ecosystem. Though it is rare and often dormant in their race, some Vargr evolved a unique magneto-bio-kinetic ability, which allow them to manipulate electromagnetic fields, and sometimes even phase shift metal substances on contact.
